In a recent chat with Teen.com, the ladies were asked about their interview answers sometimes getting taken out of context, pointing to that whole buzz about taking a break.
Dinah Jane Hansen explained, "That's so far in the future and right now we're just focusing on our second album."
Lauren Jauregui gave more of a time frame and some expectations, explaining: "It's just a realistic thing; we're in a group and all have creative differences, and that's something that realistically in ten to fifteen years is where we should be. By then, we'd be doing this for a very long time."
She added, "At the end of the day, though, if we're successful, we'll keep going with it. This is what we do. We do it because we want to spread the message of girl empowerment and we want to make awesome music that girls want to turn on and listen to, so if we're inspiring young women, that's what we want to keep doing. We're going to do that as long as people allow us."
Something tells us they'll be around for awhile then...
