For the second year in a row, the "All Day" rapper landed GQ's Most Stylish Man of the Year nod, with the mag announcing the news Tuesday. "We called it a showdown of West-obsessed hypebeasts versus model-loving tweens," GQ reported, dishing on the battle of the votes between Kanye and model Lucky Blue Smith – the two top contenders in the competition.
"Thank you GQ and to everyone who voted, it's been an amazing year!!!," Kanye tweeted. Kim Kardashian, meanwhile, thanked her followers for voting after she voted so many times herself that she thought she "broke the polls. "YOU DID IT GUYS!!!!! KANYE WON!!! THANK YOU FOR VOTING! #GQ," she tweeted, adding, "YAAASSSSSS I need my KIMOJI inserted here!!!

Whether it was the help of his wife and her sisters' social media savvy or his own fans that landed him the award, there's no denying that Kanye kicked some major butt in the fashion industry in 2015. Aside from his own wardrobe, Kanye debuted his Yeezy label at New York Fashion Week in February, which included his Yeezy Boots that quickly sold out. Then, he surprised NYFW attendees in September when he returned and put on an impromptu Yeezy Season 2 show.

Kanye has made it no secret that he's beyond passionate about fashion and wants to be one of the greats in the industry. At the rate he's going, he just might be on his way.
