We're so excited, and we just can't hide it.
We've been crushing on Saved By The Max, the pop-up diner and viral phenomenon inspired by the iconic "Saved by the Bell" hangout, harder than Screech was for Lisa.
Jot this down, preppies! Here's exactly where you're going to Uber to once Saved By The Max makes its Los Angeles debut: 7100 Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood.
Everyone's favorite principal, Mr. Belding himself (Dennis Haskin) made the highly anticipated announcement this morning on the themed restaurant's social accounts.
The news comes after a successful sold-out run in Chicago, where Bayside's resident hunk A.C. Slater aka Mario Lopez and the Dodgers' Justin Turner made surprise visits.
Now that it's in la la land, we have hopes as high as Kelly Kapowski's and Jessie Spano's hair combined that there'll be more star power, including—dare we say—the entire cast?!
"We couldn't be more excited to bring The Max back to Los Angeles for the ultimate homecoming," says Derek Berry one of the partners behind Saved By The Max. "We wanted a space that would allow us to transport fans back to Bayside and fully immerse them in the universe of the show. The end result is going to be a dream come true for us all and will deliver the nostalgic experience everyone has been waiting so patiently for."
Once open, guests can expect such crowd pleasers as Tori's Fried Chicken, A.C. Sliders, Mac & Screech, Bayside Burger, Preppy BLT, and the Kelly Kapowski Montecristo. The diner will also feature celeb hosts and DJs, along with special themed nights and events.
Stay tuned to @SavedByTheMax on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook for news on the opening day as well as when tickets will be available at www.savedbythemax.com.
