"90210" actors Matt Lanter and Jessica Lowndes have teamed up to film a public service announcement (PSA) to raise awareness of youth homelessness.

The co-stars are supporting DoSomething.org and Aeropostale's initiative to help young people living on the streets.

They're appealing for Americans to donate their used jeans to any Aeropostale clothing store, whose staff will then pass on the items to teenagers in need for the 4th Annual Teens for Jeans.

Lanter says, "Did you guys know that one in three homeless people in America are under the age of 18?"

Lowndes adds, "They deserve jeans to stay warm this winter too. Do something about homelessness and let someone know that they're not forgotten."
