Just as Japan was starting to rebuild from the recent earthquake and tsunami, they've been hit again.
On Thursday, a 7.1 earthquake hit Japan and quickly prompted a tsunami warning.
Officials say Thursday's aftershock hit 30 miles under the water and off the coast of Miyagi prefecture. The quake that preceded last month's tsunami was a 9.0-magnitude. The U.S. Geological Survey in Golden, Colo., later downgraded Thursday's quake to 7.1. The quake struck at 11:32 p.m. local time.
So scary! Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone in Japan.
