Update: Just as we were posting about Britney Spears hitting the road with Enrique Iglesias, we've learned that Enrique has pulled out of the tour.
According to Billboard, Enrique pulled out of the Britney Spears North American tour just hours after the tour was announced and Tour promoter Live Nation declined to comment.
Britney Spears has confirmed she's set to embark on a summer tour with Enrique Iglesias.
The pop superstar will hit the road later this year for her first full live shows since her popular 2009 The Circus tour, which raked in a massive $131.8 million in global ticket sales.
Spears, who released her new album Femme Fatale today, announced the news during a performance in San Francisco, California which was taped for Good Morning America.
She told the crowd, "Thank you guys for all your love and support. I love music. It's my world. It's my everything, so I'm so happy to be able to share it with everyone…
"We are going on tour with Enrique Iglesias in June!"
The first of 26 shows will kick off on June 17 in Sacramento, California, while additional dates are yet to be announced.
