Rapper Drake has dismissed rumors he's parted ways with Lil Wayne's Young Money record label.
The hip-hop star, who signed to Lil Wayne's imprint back in 2009, sparked rumors he had quit the company when he was omitted from the star-studded line-up of Lil Wayne's I Am Still Music Tour when it kicked off last month.
Drake silenced gossip about a rift by appearing on stage with his boss at a show in Washington, D.C. on Monday and he addressed the rumours during his set at the Verizon Center venue, according to MTV.com.
He told the crowd, "You see today, when I landed in D.C. and I got off the plane, this
-- looked me in my eyes and he asked me, ';Did you drop out of Young Money?' And I looked him right back in his eyes and I said, ';Boy, are you out your --- mind?!' Man, I want this -- forever."
