Stars like Tori Spelling, Ali Landry, Cody & Alli Simpson, Ayla Kell, Zendaya, Ashley Argota, and Bella Thorne all stepped out to support Angela and Vanessa Simmons unveil their latest Pastry shoe and doll collection, inspired by Barbie So In Style.
Angela & Vanessa wore So In Style Pastry inspired custom designs by Project Runway's Chris March. The event was filmed for Chris March's upcoming BRAVO reality series Mad Fashion.
So In Style, is a line of African-American dolls by Barbie®, featuring more authentic-looking facial features such as fuller lips, a wider nose, more distinctive cheek bones and curlier hair. So In Style dolls, Grace, Trichelle, Kara and Chandra will be wearing deliciously-fun signature Pastry fashions from head-to-toe.
We caught up with the Simmons sisters at the event to find out what it was like working with Barbie.
"It has always been a dream of mine to work with Barbie and Mattel," Vanessa told us. "It's iconic, it's something that we've been playing with since we were growing up. What's even more special to me is the fact that we can bring Barbies that are just like Angela & I to other young ladies like ourselves."
