The annual Electronic Entertainment Expo, commonly known as E3, is currently underway in Los Angeles. All of the new computer and video games and systems are being presented and previewed, many for the first time.
We took a trip to the convention and got a sneak peek at XBox's Dance Central 2 for Kinect. The game is the sequel to the hit dancing game and has a lot of new features in store. We chatted with John, one of the producers from Harmonix and here's what we found out:
-There is now a multiplayer mode so you and your friends can dance and compete
-Battle Mode: You can battle someone by taking turns or by dancing simultaneously (John promises a big surprise too, but we couldn't convince him to tell us)
-Friend's scoreboard: You'll get to see how your friend's are scoring on various songs and try to get the best score out of your friends
-The game features songs from the past to the present. There are over 40 songs in the game and if you have Dance Central 1, you can import all your songs from that game into 2
Check out the rest of our interview with John for a more in depth explanation on the new features. We can't wait to play Dance Central 2! It's sure to be a huge hit at your next party.
