Kristin Chenoweth';s name brings happiness to any Broadway buff, but if the name doesn't ring a bell Kristin Chenoweth also guest starred on Fox' hit TV show ';Glee' as April Rhoades. It turns out she is set for her own TV musical extravaganza – Glee creator Ryan Murphyloved working with her so much that he is currently is developing a one-woman show for the actress.

She has had two cameos on Glee and is also slated to appear in the upcoming second season, but her longtime friend Murphy has decided the stage actress deserves her own show and has written a special half-hour comedy musical especially for Chenoweth to star in.

I'm trying real hard to hold in my fan-girly squeals!

He explains, "I've always wanted to do something for Kristin, and Kristin is a good, close friend of mine obviously, so I'm writing a half-hour musical comedy specifically for Kristin because if you can sing like that, I want her to be the star of her own show where she sings. I can't say too much about it yet. Kristin is so funny."

Murphy also reveals his show will take Chenoweth out of Glee's high school setting, adding: "I want it to be adult."

I'll have my DVR set as soon as it's picked up!
