Canadian pop sensation Justin Bieber has raised more than $30,000 to help those affected by the floods in Nashville, Tennessee.

The 16-year-old performed at the city's Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday and donated portions of ticket sales to victims of the storms which ravaged the city in May.

Bieber presented a check to The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee for Flood Relief and later took to his twitter page to thank fans for their contributions.

He wrote, "We gave $1.06 per ticket sold tonite to Flood Relief needed here in Tennessee. thanks to all of u tonite we raised $32,690 for those in need!!!"

How generous! What do you think?
