Jackass 3D dominated the box office last weekend and a sequel might be on the way!
Johnny Knoxville is hoping for a speedy sequel, because the team of stuntmen turned "two movies' worth of footage" over to studio bosses. The movie, which is full of crazy pranks and stars Knoxville, Bam Margera and Steve-O, pulled in a staggering $50 million over its opening weekend.
And Knoxville is convinced the film's distributors Paramount would be able to turn around another movie in a small space of time – because of the sheer amount of footage they recorded on their 3D adventure.
He says, "We shot two movies' worth of footage. We have so many bits that we never even turned in to Paramount because we were so swamped with ideas – funny stuff. The bits were just coming out of us left and right."
Would you see a "Jackass" sequel?
