If you're a fan of McFly like me, then the guys' new album just might shock you.

The British group comprised of Harry, Tom, Dougie and Danny, recently held an exclusive listening party for their new album in London and let the audience preview 4 new tracks.

It turns out that instead of their usual pop/rock sound, their songs are more like…Lady Gaga? According to the Daily Star, the track played were heavy with synthesizers and club type beats and are sure to shock both longtime fans and even haters.

The guys worked with producers like Dallas Austin and Taio Cruz on their untitled fifth album. The Daily Star described their first single "Party Girl," out September 4, as "an immense dancefloor-filler laden with Lady GaGa Bad Romance-esque ';Ooh-oohs'."

Sounds very interesting. Can't wait to hear it! McFly is also reportedly planning an arena and world tour next year. We sure hope so! It's been too long since they've played here in the United States.

Also, if you've been following the band on twitter, they have something exciting coming up called "Super City." Not sure what it is exactly, but the teaser posters look so cool!
