Justin Bieber refused to cancel a concert in the Philippines on Tuesday despite falling sick before the show.

The 16-year-old is touring the globe with his My World gigs and is currently in Asia ahead of planned dates in Japan later this month.

Bieber took to his Twitter over the weekend to tell fans he had been struck down with a mystery illness, writing, "I feel so crappy."

He still hadn't recovered by the time of Tuesday's show in Manila, but he decided to press ahead with the concert anyway, telling his Twitter followers, "Sick as a dog... But the show must go on. Got called a trooper. LOL (laugh out loud)." It looks like Bieber definitely is a trooper. He reportedly vomited in between songs.

He added after the gig, "The streets of Manila are filled... This is crazy. Great energy. Sick or not that show went hard!"

Feel better Justin!
