The sequel to Garry Marshall's Valentine's Day is becoming more star-studded by the minute.
Robert De Niro, Michelle Pfeiffer, Hilary Swank, Ashton Kutcher, Sofia Vergara, Jessica Biel, Lea Michele and Abigail Breslin are all in negotiations or signed up to star in the romantic comedy. Sarah Jessica Parker has just signed on as well and Halle Berry and Zac Efron are in talks.
The movie tells intertwining stories of a group of New Yorkers as they navigate their way through bittersweet drama and romance over the course of New Year's Eve.
Parker is playing Breslin's mom, someone who relies too much on her daughter for company. If Halle signs on, she will play a caterer who runs into a former flame. Efron is on track to play a bike messenger who ends up trying to fulfill Pfeiffer's New Year's Eve resolutions in exchange for tickets to a big party.
Zac is currently shooting The Lucky One in New Orleans.
Sounds like a great cast! We can't wait!
